Frauen und ihre individuellen Lebenssituationen sind die Hauptfiguren in den Werken von Lena Kramari\u0107. Ihre Bilder erz\u00e4hlen visuelle Geschichten \u00fcber die kleinen Details in allt\u00e4glichen Lebenssituationen, die ewigen Themen des Lebens, Seins und Werdens, Geschichten \u00fcber die Kraft der Verletzlichkeit und tief empfundenes Lebensgl\u00fcck.<\/p>\n

„Female characters have been present in my work since the very beginning and at first glance they are the main figures. At the second, more penetrating glance, they are just the means in my work \u2013 they create the atmosphere, pass on information and Stimuli from the outer world onto a canvas. They are the projection of my wishes, fears and temptations.“<\/p>\n

\u00dcber die K\u00fcnstlerin<\/strong> I about the artist:<\/strong>
\nBorn 1982 in Zagreb, Croatia. Living and working in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Currently at postgraduate doctoral studies (PhD) at Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. Graduated 2008 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, Department of Art education and Art history, course: Painting (MA). Finished course for Graphic design at Pro-anima school in Zagreb (2006-2007) and School of Applied Arts and Design also in Zagreb (Graphic design, print and drawing department, 1997-2001).<\/em>
\n Member of HDLU (Croatian Association of Artists).<\/em>
\n She has exhibited widely in international solo and group shows.<\/em>
\n In 2017 und 2018 she was a finalist of ega Frauen*Kunst Award.<\/em><\/p>\n
